The catch is water: the fiberboard core swells if a spill sits in a seam, so it is the wrong choice for bathrooms, laundry rooms and basements at any rating.
Do you charge a travel fee to Glenpool?

What is the one thing worth spending more on?
Prep, every time. A better material laid over an unflattened subfloor still fails at the joints. If the budget is tight we would rather put a mid grade floor on a properly prepared substrate than a premium floor on a bad one, and we will say so at the estimate.
