A Floor We Were Called In to Fix

When the First Installer Skipped the Prep

We had Lowe’s install our vinyl plank flooring about 5 years ago. After a few years, the floors were buckling and chipping away at the corners. Joseph said he could fix the issue. Once he tore up the old floors, he checked the level of everything and put self-leveler in a few uneven areas. He laid down moisture barrier (which Lowe’s didn’t do) on the entire floor since we have concrete floors. He really took his time and made us feel secure that it was done right this time. He even seamlessly connected the new floors to the flooring we had installed in the other part of the house just a few years ago. He also installed new baseboards for us and was able to make the tricky rounded corners of our arch way look great. Joseph and his crew were always professional and worked fast and cleaned up each night when they were finished. I appreciated the good communication throughout the process. He even finished in three days like he estimated, which was very much appreciated. We were very pleased with the job Four Square Flooring did and I highly recommend them!
