If it is builder grade plank, unfortunately yes. A lot of new homes are finished with a six mil wear layer, which is the cheapest option on the shelf and shows traffic patterns quickly. It is rarely a warranty claim. Stepping up to twenty mil on the replacement is the fix, and the price difference is smaller than most people assume.
Do you charge a travel fee to Bixby?

Is it worth replacing a floor that is only a few years old?
If it is wearing through in the walkways, yes, because it will not stop. If it is scratched in one spot or dented under a chair, no. We will tell you which one you have got. Replacing a floor that has plenty of wear layer left is money you do not need to spend yet.
