Because that is where most of the work happens. Flatness, moisture, and squeaks all get dealt with before a single plank goes down, and it is the step that decides whether a floor still looks right in five years. It is worth seeing.
Can you do the same thing in my house?
Usually. The honest answer depends on your subfloor, the room, and the material, which is what the free estimate is for. If a look you have seen here is a bad idea for your space, we will say so.
How long did these projects take?
Most finished in one to five days. Hardwood needs acclimation time before install starts, and tile needs cure time between stages, so those run at the longer end.
